Hi, I’m Emily, founder of RDA and lifelong dancer. I started at age 4 in Connecticut, trained competitively, danced through college, coached at Endicott, and earned both my business degree and MBA. For the past 16 seasons, I’ve been pouring that passion into RDA, and teaching locally at Glen Urquhart School.

As a certified dance teacher and Zumba instructor, nothing brings me more joy than helping dancers discover their strength, joy, and self-expression through movement.
